ABOUT

Hello, My name is Lee Slazinski.  I remember vividly, as a child of the '80s, playing retro game consoles such as Gameboy and the Nintendo Entertainment System. The simple wave forms that the system produced to make not only the soundtrack to the games, but the audio effects, stuck with me.

I started getting into chiptune after watching the documentary Europe in 8 Bits (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3505786/)

From a different video, I used Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik, which I like. After trying to find an 8 bit version and coming up

short,  I decided to learn to do it myself.  I started out doing chiptune of public domain songs and have done a cover of almost every public domain song on PDinfo.

After using FLstudio and Plogue Chipsounds VST, I started doing more contemporary covers.

I now have over 1000 chiptune covers under my belt and doing more on a regular basis.

Let me introduce you to the character that shares the name of this website.

Raxlen Slice was based off of childhood imagination and an advertisement I saw for a Xiaomi face mask.

The character has blue pants, a blue hoodie, green hair, a facemask, and a powerful Katana that can slice wave forms.
